The APV team sought out a team of researchers who would facilitate cross-functional ideation workshops, conduct user research ideas, and guide the APV team to refine the strongest ideas.

Ultimately, my team alternated 3 workshops and 2 research studies to identify the strongest possible PV features that resonated with user needs as well as harnessing team members' creativity and invested interest.
